Vince Zampella, a Gaming Pioneer, Dies in an LA Car Crash
The visionary game developer, who helped create the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in California aged 55.
The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.
The celebrated video game developer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and burst into flames on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, as reported by.
